All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless upgraded arrangements have been made.
Shipping is a service we arrange in addition to your order from us but is purchased from UPS. Once the package is turned over to UPS, ownership transfers to the buyer.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, misdeliveries, forwarding service errors, weather-related delays, or damages.
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing a claim at File a UPS Claim.
Residential deliveries are available, however, RUNMARK will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
All packages shipped by UPS with a value up to $100 are covered by UPS’s maximum liability insurance.
Additional insurance on orders with a replacement cost above and beyond $100 is available for an additional premium and can be quoted with your estimate. Insurance must be purchased upon order submission and can not be added later.
- Carefully and completely review all order details. Confirm the delivery address is correct on your estimate. If there are any discrepancies please notify us immediately.
- Incorrect orders or defective items received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom imprinted items received in good condition are not returnable.
